At My Sweet Treat, we aim to get your sweets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding order processing times, delivery options, and related information.
1. Order Processing Times
• Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed within 1 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Delivery Options and Times
We offer the following delivery options across the U.K.:
• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., postal service delays or holidays).
3. Delivery Costs
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
• Orders over £20 qualify for free standard delivery within the U.K.
4. Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the U.K. If you require delivery outside of these areas, please contact us at (here) and we will advise on whether we can arrange special shipping.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
